    Go girl… my mom is 80 and still does an hour of Pilates every day, can touch her toes, then hands flat on the floor and walk her hands forward (nutter) πŸ˜€

    Go Girl! Good for her. I must go and do likewise, but I’ve known for a long time and haven’t accomplished much change in that direction yet. I wonder is this lady was working out most of her life or started late. Blessings…
